NICHS are getting the message out about the benefits of incorporating small amounts of regular exercise into our everyday lives with their new 'Sweat the Small Things' campaign, produced by the Whitenoise brand team. Based on a client-pleasing and eyecatching concept by Darol O'Kane, we're telling the story by showing that exercise can be fun and can fit into anyone's schedule.

You don't need to be an elite athlete to get fit and stay healthy, and our models, drawn from friends, family and work colleagues (plus Mark Case's pet giant schnauzer, Henry) are all feeling the benefits!

With great concept and design by Darol, supported by fantastic photography by Adam Smyth, it was a true tream effort and the results across outdoor, print and online should make a real difference to us all.
