Produced entirely in-house by Whitenoise on behalf of Crimestoppers, Belfast Policing and Community Safety Partnership, Belfast City Council and the PSNI, the 'Drug Dealers Don't Care - Do You?' campaign is currently seen across Belfast and Northern Ireland on 48 sheets, Adshels, phone kiosks, bus sides and taxis, as well as on social media sites and all the partner agencies' websites.
Originally intended to be a print only campaign, we quickly identified that viral video should be an essential part of the mix, and on the back of the success of our Hate Crime campaign, we proposed storyboards that really connected with the client and so the project expanded to include stills, film and print, all produced by the Whitenoise team.
Riccardo Sitler worked on concept development and acted as art director for the entire campaign. With excellent photography by Nic Scott, storyboard development by Shaun Whoriskey, shoot direction and edit by Niall Carlin and account management by Alix Britton, it was a real team effort, and the end results are stunning.
With tightly integrated outdoor advertising and viral film, we told one story over three scenarios; 'Danger on the Doorstep', The Transaction' , and 'Loss', with fantastic acting performances from our cast. Special and notable thanks go out to Lee, Syd, Sean, Claudia and Ruby, who were totally professional through a very wet film shoot!
