The unique offering of bespoke carpentry and timber product services, launched into the digital world. With a results oriented and design led approach, Whitenoise creates compelling content for DASK Timber, connecting with new audiences and delivering high value social media leads. 

As one of the UK’s most reputable and experienced bespoke timber product manufacturers, DASK Timber has worked with public and private clients across Ireland, the UK and Europe. With a visually driven client base consisting of architects and contractors, the DASK team understood the benefits of adopting social media as a business tool for lead conversion. Prior to teaming up with Whitenoise, DASK Timber did not maintain their social media channels and there was an expectation from customers and the wider industry for their social media channels to be up to date and current, providing snapshots of life at DASK Timber. At the outset of our partnership with DASK we developed our social media objectives, KPIs and overall social media strategy. Following this we identified the key audiences and chose to establish platforms relevant and utilised by these groups.

Our Approach: The approach we took when creating content for the social media accounts, was to reinforce a consistent brand identity and sharing insightful, creative and sales driven content across Facebook and Instagram. The Whitenoise team developed content that kick-started DASK’s digital engagement across Facebook and Instagram, complimented by a proactive networking phase, building relationships with existing and potential clients. Monthly management includes both the creation of content, copywriting and posting on behalf of DASK, but additionally our team works with the DASK management team to develop relationships with high value clients and potential clients through social listening and lead generation. 

While many businesses seek to meet their social media objectives through follower growth, likes, comments and shares, we chose to focus on the metric that matters most to DASK which was the development of tangible relationships with architects and the generation of other high value leads. Whilst DASK’s digital audiences on both platforms is modest, the value offered by Whitenoise is in perfect alignment with the overarching social media strategy and objectives. 

Brand Promotional Video: Creative content was developed to reflect the professionalism of DASK’s skilled team and to reinforce the bespoke, hand crafted products produced for their clients. In order to achieve this, consistent, professional photography and video was required to demonstrate the level of quality and craftsmanship DASK upholds, complimented by eloquent and informed copy that is mature and knowledgeable whilst keeping with the personality of the brand.
