Studio Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced Studio Production Manager to join our team. The role places you at the heart of the production process, running our studio effectively and working with our brand, motion and film teams to ensure we deliver great work for our clients.

What you will do:

  • Organise and manage weekly work scheduling
  • Act as the gate-keeper for projects across the teams, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Liaise with clients to ensure all their requirements are met efficiently
  • Ability to use Sage
  • Ensure all quotes, invoices and statements are issued in a timely manner
  • Create, manage and implement efficient workflow processes and systems
  • Liaise with, negotiate with and manage third-party suppliers where appropriate, ensuring costs are kept within budget
  • Ensure our teams operate productively and efficiently within the scope of each project
  • Oversee production QA, quality checking of print etc
  • Utilise agency systems to schedule, prioritise and manage workflow
  • Report on progress and other aspects of the creative workflow
  • Oversee and negotiate with studio consumables and service suppliers
  • Ability to proofread is desirable
  • Front of house duties, including answering the phone and front door


What you need to evidence:

  • Proven experience as a Studio Manager/Traffic Manager
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Able to deliver resources effectively across a busy studio, driving quality and efficiency through sound communication and planning skills
  • Sound understanding of digital and print campaign management
