Meet Our New Production Manager: Adam Peters

We can't wait to see what Adam Peters brings to the Whitenoise team

The search for our production manager is over and we are excited to announce that Adam Peters has joined the Whitenoise team...finally!

We say finally because Adam has been keen to come onboard with Whitenoise for several years now, and jumped at the opportunity to interview for this important role in our busy studio. With a long history in sign making and exhibition stand building and sales, Adam brings with him a wealth of knowledge, expertise and 20 years of hands-on experience working with clients across a wide range of industries. His dynamic background equips him with a unique perspective and invaluable skillset, and he has three adorable chow chow dogs, making him the perfect fit for Whitenoise.

Let's find out more about him!

What is your career background and what led you to Whitenoise?

"I look back over 20 years and see that I have naturally gravitated to branding, marketing and the creative industries over my career. Whether it be  in sales, marketing or business development, I was selling exhibition space, marketing a top hair brand, or creating a beautiful sign for a new shop.

My passion for being creative and being around creative people allowed me to gain so much knowledge and experience, particularly in customer service and supplying a product that my clients are proud to showcase.

Joining Whitenoise feels like a full circle moment as 20 years ago I said I wanted to work at a creative agency, and here I am! The stars aligned for this role and the timing could not be more perfect for me."

What excites you most about joining Whitenoise?

“Workplace culture is a massive focus and passion of mine. Instead of trying to create that culture, I am joining a company who has already got the culture I want to work in spot on and is always looking at ways to improve/adapt to continually improve.

I believe that culture drives performance and I am excited to be a part of this at Whitenoise. I feel privileged to be joining a successful agency with motivated, passionate people. I look forward to the next 24 years of Whitenoise!”

What would you say are your strongest skills that you will be leaning on as Studio Production Manager?

"I'm going to dive straight in with my ability to juggle a host of moving parts in a fast-paced industry while maintaining a focus on customer service. This leaves the client happy with the process, but even more importantly, happy with the result. My passion for people and focus on teamwork to achieve this helps to create a motivated workplace culture."

Throughout his career, Adam has worked in fast-paced environments where he has shown a huge commitment to client satisfaction, both throughout the communication process and with the end result. He understands the importance of building relationships and ensuring every step of a project aligns with client goals and expectations.

Adam’s new role at Whitenoise will involve managing client projects and working closely with our talented team of designers, helping them push the boundaries of creativity while ensuring every brief reaches its full potential. He will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of creative work, acting as a bridge between clients and the design team.

If you would like to arrange a consultation with Adam to discuss your creative project, email him at production@whitenoisestudios.com.
